Dinner - One cup of beets and a cup of cauliflower, one cup of tuna, 1/2 cup of ice cream and 1/2 a cantaloupe.

Do not snack between meals. This is a diet that is restricted in calories (about 1,000) and nutrients so also take a multi vitamin tablet each day. My name is Sandy Jameson and like so many people all over the world, I spent months desperately trying to lose weight.

I always had issues with my weight. As a child I was often teased and was usually the outcast at school.
